Once again we are coming together on 26 th of April 2009 at same place and same time. One of our member, who participated in Channel 4's show called COUNTDOWN, will be sharing her experience with all of us. If any one else would like to take part in the above show she will be able to give some information too. There will be a short Yoga workshop and talk will be held on the same day. A trained Yoga teacher will be leading this workshop. So please do come and enjoy the meeting.
